Heidi and McKay are amazing! The responsiveness and knowledge made the experience so much better for us! There were a lot of complications that came up during the home buying experience and Heidi was in our corner the whole time calling, and making sure things were getting done. She was there, on many occasions, with very short notice with a smile on her face always willing to help. They always have your best interest in mind and did everything possible to get us a good deal/extras! I can’t say enough about them. I can’t wait to work with them again.

Heidi and McKay Stevens of TR Realty were wonderful to work with. I am 66 and have bought and sold many homes over the years. I can honestly say these two are hands down the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Boulder City / Henderson market. McKay & Heidi really listened to all my concerns, thoughts, worries and fears. Their expertise and ability to communicate complex manufactured housing real estate laws & market dynamics was very reassuring to me from the get go. Their tech savvy marketing tools and strategies were cutting edge and beyond IMPRESSIVE. Who uses overhead drones to showcase a property with a view? THESE GUYS DO. They both were available at literally all hours (which of course I loved, but also felt a bit guilty about). The transaction was further complicated by my being out of state, which McKay skillfully overcame though the magic of DocuSign. Heidi also worked her magic providing teams of helpers, cleaners, carpenters, electricians, A/C guys, plumbers & roofers that would literally show up same or next day. I still marvel at this. Ever personally been able to get help like this on a dime? Yeah, me neither. I can't say there were no hiccups, because every transaction must have a few of these, but all were skillfully & successfully managed by both Heidi and McKay. I always knew when things would get serious (good serious, i.e., offers) (bad serious, i.e., financial institution nonsense) because they would both call, and all three of us would strategize together on a conference call.
